Room Rates

We are pleased to offer the following discounted room rate:

Classic Room                    €285.00 Double / Twin €315.00

Premium Room               €325.00 Double / Twin €355.00

Suite                                  €435.00 Double / Twin €465.00

Rates are per room and night with 10% VAT included. Buffet breakfast is not included but can be added for 30€ per person. To take advantage of our group discount, please book online please book online. Make your reservation by 28 February 2023 to get the special discounted rate.

Individual guests can cancel their reservations or reduce their stay up to eight (8) days prior to the arrival date. Seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, the total room nights reserved on each individual reservation at that moment will be considered as guaranteed and will be charged in its totally against the credit card number provided upon making the reservation. This clause will also apply to no-shows.

Unauthorized Housing

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of GCCA European Conference. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these “pirate” companies, please notify us immediately by emailing email@gcca.org.
