Warehouse and Transportation LawThe IARW Board recently approved Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary (Scopelitis) as a new Service Partner offering warehouse legal assistance. The International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA), core partners of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, maintains a service partnership with Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary (Scopelitis) specifically focused on transportation legal issues. As of January 2019, members of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouse (IARW) can now engage with Scopelitis lawyers to help them understand if they need legal assistance with their challenges (this initial inquiry is at no cost). Scopelitis will also supply IARW members with contract templates and contract review. If it is determined that legal assistance is needed, IARW and IRTA members will receive a 10% discount on Scopelitis rates if they decide to use them as their legal representation.
