The GCCF International Projects team is drafting a proposal to develop temperature controlled logistics business in Indonesia. If awarded, GCCF will need expertise in two specific areas: hyperlocal supply chain management and temperature controlled logistics expertise for e-commerce style operations.

The hyperlocal supply chain management expert will advise the project on the network design, operations, and management of a hyperlocal distribution scheme. The cold chain/e-commerce operations expert will advise the project on the software architecture for WMS and TMS as well as best practices on warehouse operations and layout.
