Panama to host the First WFLO Institute Latin America

The World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO), a Core Partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, is pleased to announce the launch of the first WFLO Institute Latin America, to be held from July 7-9, 2014 in Panama City, Panama.

As the premier educational program for the refrigerated warehousing industry, the WFLO Institute has trained professionals for 50 years in the United States. This year marks the three-day program’s launch in Latin America.

WFLO institute Latin America features more than 40 classes taught by leading experts in a range of competencies including cold chain management, customer service, food safety, labor safety, warehouse and transportation operations, and career and personal development. In addition, students will tour the facilities of the Galores Group, one of the largest warehouse complexes in Panama, and obtain practical insight into modern temperature-controlled facilities daily operations.
