GCCA Unveils Three Newly Redesigned e-Newsletters

GCCA partners with MultiBriefs to deliver current, interactive publications
WASHINGTON, DC, July 19, 2011 – The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) announced the redesign of its e-newsletters under a new partnership with MultiBriefs, a division of MultiView.
GCCA publishes three distinct e-newsletters, which are delivered to the members of GCCA Core Partner organizations.
Cold Connection, a weekly e-Newsletter, is sent to 4,500 members of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) and the World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO).
Cool Moves, a monthly e-Newsletter, is sent to 300 members of the International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA).
Cool Designs is sent to 300 members of the International Association for Cold Storage Construction. Cool Designs was previously published every other month and will now be published every month.
GCCA will debut the redesigned e-newsletters on August 3, 2011, which will provide comprehensive news briefings of the top industry stories to more than 4,500 cold chain industry professionals. Cold Connection, Cool Moves, and Cool Designs will now be published by MultiBriefs, a division of MultiView.
The objective of the redesign was to not only update the design of the e-newsletters, but to also improve editorial content and incorporate more interactive functions. Members will now be able to respond to polls, post stories on Facebook or LinkedIn, or email individual articles to colleagues. It will also be possible to read the e-newsletters on a desktop computer, mobile phone, PDA, or smart phone.
Each e-newsletter will contain articles gathered from an expansive list of sources such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and industry-specific publications. The publications will also include association news, market intelligence reports, and articles on industry best practices.
