GCCA Promotes Two Key Staff Members

April 23, 2019

Arlington, VA (April 23, 2019) -The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) is proud to announce the promotion of two of its executive team members: Megan Costello has been named chief operating officer and Catharine Perry is now vice president of member programs and services. While Costello and Perry have been operating in these roles since January, GCCA President and CEO Corey Rosenbusch, CAE, IOM, made an official announcement during the recent IARW-WFLO Convention in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.

“I’m privileged both to work with Megan and Catharine and to be able to recognize them for their excellence,” Rosenbusch said. “They provided leadership in executing our strategic plan the last three years that has elevated them to these new roles.”

Costello started with GCCA in 2013 as vice president of member programs and services. She is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the organization, and her effort directly led to the association’s international growth, including new offices in Europe, Brazil, and South Africa. Costello has more than 25 years of association experience, including as managing director of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives.

Perry has worked for GCCA since 2012, expanding the WFLO Institute to three locations and increasing attendance by 30 percent to 500 participants. Perry also launched multiple workforce development initiatives under the strategic plan and a future leader recognition program on four continents. She has worked for associations for the last 11 years, including the Animal Agriculture Alliance and the National FFA Organization.
