WEST CHESTER, PA –  Fastener Systems Incorporated (FSI) announced it will be sold to the company’s employees as founder John Sipple retires. This will allow FSI to continue to provide unparalleled product offerings and services to their customers. John will remain engaged with the business as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition as the change in ownership is completed.

FSI’s employee owners will continue to maintain the product quality, inventory, service and technical experience the industry has grown to expect. Since its inception, FSI has been associated with the knowledge and ability to provide quality products for a fair price in a timely fashion. The culture will remain intact, a priority that both John and the new employee owners share.

The corporate headquarters will remain in West Chester, PA. Tom Berot has been named the President of Fastener Systems, Inc. and will manage the day-to-day operations. Additionally, Chris Parmele, will join the team at Fastener Systems as Sales Manager bringing over 25 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
