Exhibit space selection will begin on June 14, based on priority points. Global Cold Chain Expo staff will contact as many companies as possible in order of priority through August 1. If you will not be available at your requested appointment time, please call us to reschedule at the closest possible time.
All exhibitors may call Global Cold Chain Expo to discuss your space needs, or submit space applications indicating your specific desired booths, at any time. However, space will be assigned in order of priority points at the scheduled appointment times.
June 14-15 – The top 90 exhibitors by points in the Global Cold Chain Expo will have the ability to reserved exhibit space onsite in Chicago after evaluating this year’s success and opportunity. Any exhibitor not able to make their selection time in person can either re-schedule in advance or submit an exhibit space application. Global Cold Chain Expo will do its best to accommodate your requests.
July 10-15 – All remaining exhibitors will be scheduled for telephone appointments on various days throughout this week.
