Where will the 2019 Global Cold Chain Expo be held? 

The 2019 Global Cold Chain Expo will be held in the North Hall of the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL, June 10-12, 2019. The trade show takes place on June 11 and 12 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. See the schedule of events for details.

When will I receive my attendee badge?

You can pick up your badge and registration materials at the Global Cold Chain Expo registration counters, located at the North Hall of the McCormick Place Convention Center. For expedited processing on-site, please bring your registration email confirmation with you to Chicago. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED.

How much does it cost to attend the 2019 Global Cold Chain Expo?

How do credentialed members of the press register for an official press badge?

To register as a member of the press, contact Grace Lynch at +1 703 373 4300. Be prepared to provide your full name, email, phone number, publication name and website, and your position with the publication.

May I cancel my registration?

To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, written notification must be received no later than May 10, 2019. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Registrations received after May 10, 2019 are non-refundable, but name substitutions will be allowed. To transfer your badge, call CompuSystems Customer Service Department at +1 708 486 0766.
