When will I receive my attendee badge?
You can pick up your badge and registration materials at the Global Cold Chain Expo registration counters, located at the North Hall of the McCormick Place Convention Center. For expedited processing on-site, please bring your registration email confirmation with you to Chicago. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED.

How do credentialed members of the press register for an official press badge?
To register as a member of the press, contact Laura Poko at +1 703 373 4306 ext. 218. Be prepared to provide your full name, email, phone number, publication name and website, and your position with the publication.
May I cancel my registration?
To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, written notification must be received no later than May 10, 2019. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Registrations received after May 10, 2019 are non-refundable, but name substitutions will be allowed. To transfer your badge, call CompuSystems Customer Service Department at +1 708 486 0766.
